We are a property developers, what aspects of the project can Colstock Construction help us with?

We can assist at every stage, including surveys, design, architect & engineer liaison, planning condition satisfaction and warranty & building control. We’ll provide a full construction service right through to completion and handover. After-sales packages are also available.

What construction methods does Colstock Construction use?

We have experience in many different types of construction from steel and timber framed buildings through to traditional brick and block construction. We use modern, efficient and environmentally sustainable building materials with traditional building knowledge to create exquisite properties.
